Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Body Repair Technician to join our team at Gemini Accident Repair Centres in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about precision and perfection to take their career to the next level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians in repairing damaged vehicles
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in automotive body repair
- ATA accreditation preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Benefits and Remuneration:
- Competitive salary up to £55,000 OTE (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- Site bonus included
- Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday – Friday
