Collision Repair Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at Northampton Business Directory.
Salary:£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing damaged panels or by replacing those beyond repair. All equipment used will be operated as per the instructions, level of qualification, and prescribed safety standards.
- Adhere to the manufacturer's literature and modification bulletins as appropriate to the repair and replacement of chassis and panel work. Where necessary, attend training courses to stay updated on new techniques and best practices.
- Handle all vehicles with care and attention to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained, keeping tools and equipment safe and in good condition.
- Awareness and adherence to housekeeping and health and safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment are essential.
Technical Requirements:
The required technical knowledge will be discussed and agreed upon with your manager or team leader.
Additional Responsibilities:
You may be required to undertake other reasonable tasks or duties within your capability as directed by a senior manager.
