Electronics Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronic Production Supervisor to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the creation of a continuous improvement culture within our business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our experienced production team to drive volume and quality of output through production planning, scheduling, quality, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Work closely with our compliance team to ensure that all Health and Safety policies and procedures are up-to-date, communicated, and adhered to within your area.
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for improvement through lean efficiencies, resource planning, and other initiatives.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced industrial production environment with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures, with the ability to apply them effectively in a production setting.
- Proven ability to work in partnership with HR to lead and coach a diverse team of skilled and unskilled colleagues.
- Experience in engineering quality management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
