About the Role

As a key member of the Permanent Futures team, you will play a vital role in supporting the creation of a continuous improvement culture within our operational business. As an Electronic Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching colleagues to create a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with an experienced production team to support colleagues in the main production area, focusing on volume and quality of output through production planning, scheduling, quality, employee relations, and recruitment.
  2. Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all Health and Safety policies and procedures are up-to-date, communicated, and adhered to within your area.
  3. Monitor costs and suggest improvements to reduce costs through lean efficiencies, resource planning, and other initiatives.

Required Skills

  1. Proven experience in a fast-paced industrial production/Factory site within a supervisory position.
  2. Good working knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures and their application within a Production site.
  3. Proven ability and experience in working in partnership with HR to lead and coach a diverse team of skilled and unskilled colleagues.
  4. Experience in engineering quality management.
