About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Carepath Recruitment Ltd. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal resident outcomes.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account resident preferences and goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, as needed.
