About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team at Buckshaw Retirement Village, a purpose-built service delivering high-end dementia care in a 96-bed specialised nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess and review care plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualised care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment, adhering to HICA Group's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, including handovers and shift changes.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £9.00.

- 42 hours per week, with part-time options available.
