Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Carepath Recruitment Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

About the Role:
  • Provide nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing regulatory body
  • Experience working in a nursing home or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
