As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with our Registered Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of our home care services. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate client care plans, providing support and guidance to our care team as needed.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £25,000 per year, along with opportunities for ongoing training and development. You will also benefit from DBS payment reimbursement, a refer-a-friend scheme, free uniform and PPE, and access to diplomas in Health and Social Care.

The successful candidate must be authorised to work in the UK, hold a Full UK driving licence, and have business car insurance. A DBS check will also be necessary. In addition to these requirements, you will be expected to share shift cover during carer sickness and annual leave.

As a valued member of our team, you will work Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekend availability. This role involves an on-call element, supporting the care team out of office hours. The position is based in the office/field, requiring a Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
