Project Partners is seeking an organised and proactive Aviation Career Specialist to join their close-knit team in Leicester or Oxford. As an ideal candidate, you will have strong computer and Microsoft Office skills, as well as excellent customer service experience. Your role will involve tracking and monitoring new candidates interested in pilot training courses, communicating with them via phone and email, and supporting them through the enrolment process. You will also be responsible for general administration duties, working alongside the sales team, and providing career advice when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tracking and monitoring of new candidates
  • Communication with suitable candidates via phone and email
  • Supporting candidates through the enrolment process
  • General administration duties using Microsoft Office

We offer a competitive salary of £25-27k depending on experience, 25 days annual leave, onsite free parking, pension plan, company social events, and continuous development opportunities. This is an onsite role, requiring a 5-day commitment in the office with a 30-minute lunch break.
