Veterinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at GLG Vets in Oadby.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing top-quality veterinary care and treatment to a variety of animals, prioritizing their health and well-being.
• Performing routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and clients.
• Collaborating with our experienced team of veterinary nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic during working hours, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

To excel in this role, you will require:

• A veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent) and relevant post-graduate qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £72,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes:
