Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team in Solihull. As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will be responsible for managing and leading teams at the bid stage and during all pre-construction activities.


About the Role


The ideal candidate will have experience working in pre-construction, ideally with a main contractor. You will be based in our office in Solihull, with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide support and oversee all pre-construction responsibilities and activities
  • Monitor progress against plan and review project performance
  • Attend meetings and communicate with directors to report on project performance

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven experience in a pre-construction role with a main contractor
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Previous experience of successful delivery of projects
