Enterprise Business Growth Specialist

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Enterprise Business Growth Specialist to join Aviva, a leading insurance, retirement and wealth business. This role plays a key part in building relationships with brokers and advisers, identifying opportunities to support and educate them on our Retirement Propositions.

About the Role:

This is a telephony-based position aligned to the Equity Release, Annuity and Long Term Care Markets within Distribution. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the wider distribution team to generate sales and meet the sales plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the distribution team to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, webinars, and LinkedIn, to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Manage relationships with advisers and identify opportunities to trade and educate them on our propositions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issue resolution and coordinate business development activities.
