Apprentice Business Growth Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Apprentice Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and generating Apprenticeship starts.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing new business, particularly within the work-based learning sector. They will possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, and be able to work towards and achieve recruitment targets.
This role requires flexibility with travel, as you will need to meet with employers and stakeholders across the UK. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying networking events, and arranging meetings to discuss their training and recruitment needs.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will provide advice and support to employers on the Apprenticeship Levy and future funding reforms. You will also ensure that employer environments comply with Health and Safety requirements and report sales data and forecasts on a regular basis.
