Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Pensions Officer to join our Employee Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing essential services like payroll, benefits, and pensions, and will work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide advisory support to employees on policies, procedures, and contractual terms and conditions.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate employee data, including computerized and manual records.
  3. Process monthly pension data, including leavers' forms for allocated schemes.
  4. Conduct necessary calculations, such as overtime, gross-to-net adjustments, and statutory payments.
  5. Ensure regulatory compliance with current statutory regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of UK Payroll Regulations and pension processes.
  • Previous experience in a payroll and/or pensions officer role.
  • Proficient IT and Microsoft Office skills.
