Job Description:
This School Receptionist/Administrator role involves providing exceptional administrative support to the school. You will work closely with teachers and staff to ensure the smooth operation of school activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and handle telephone inquiries
- Maintain accurate records, organize files, and coordinate appointments
- Support student enrollment and collaborate with teachers and staff
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience in a school setting
- Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Estimated Salary:
The hourly rate for this position is from £12, resulting in approximately £840 per week for a 1-week contract, full-time hours.
