About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cecil Court, a specialist support service for adults with mental health needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering our service users to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users in engaging in activities within the local community, promoting social inclusion and building confidence.
  • Provide person-centred support, focusing on boosting morale, increasing existing skills, and supporting the learning of new skills.
  • Motivate service users to rebuild their confidence and assist them in seeing a bright future for themselves.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
