About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cecil Court in Langley Moor. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in engaging in activities within the local community, promoting social inclusion and well-being.
  • Provide focused support to boost morale, increase existing skills, and support the learning of new skills.
  • Motivate individuals to rebuild their confidence and assist them in seeing a bright future for themselves.
  • Operate on a person-centred view, taking the lead and hearing ideas from the individuals we support.

Requirements
