About the Role

As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the HR team in delivering a world-class HR service, aligned with the council's values and objectives. Your expertise will guide the organization through complex changes, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead the HR team in delivering operational and strategic HR services, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural and organizational change, ensuring alignment with the council's vision and values
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners

About You

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a strong track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
