As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the HR team in delivering a world-class service that supports the council's goals and objectives. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes, foster a culture of excellence, and promote employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the council's business objectives
- Lead the HR team in delivering a range of services, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations

- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
