Job Description

We are looking for a talented Lead Power Plant Designer to craft comprehensive requirements for the nuclear island and balance of plant, personally devising analytical models for mission-critical designs.

Responsibilities
  • Applying first principles to solve engineering challenges.
  • Building ANSYS models, working with consultants to help develop seismic loading, and visiting key manufacturers.
  • Managing stakeholders, contractors, and requirements for our supply chain partners.

This position offers a breadth of responsibilities across the engineering spectrum, ensuring the safe, clean, affordable, and abundant energy we strive for.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nuclear Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in nuclear, mechanical, civil, or similar engineering roles.
  • Proven ability to learn new disciplines quickly.

The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
