Job Title: Chef de Rang

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Rang to join our front-of-house team at Isabel Mayfair Enterprise. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Manage a designated section of the restaurant, including table settings, guest interactions, and service flow.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food and wine pairings, to make informed recommendations to guests.
Uphold Isabel Mayfair Enterprise's standards of service excellence and professionalism at all times.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in your section and assist with overall restaurant upkeep.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for food and beverage, with a desire to provide outstanding service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
