About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as an HR Coordinator, providing maternity cover in our Bournemouth office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administrative duties, including recruitment, employee records, and payroll assistance.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support the HR Manager in completing administrative tasks, including payroll assistance, employee contracts, and general HR support
  • Maintain and update digital employee records, including administration and maintenance of the Crisis24 Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Assist with the recruitment process, screening, and initiating background checks
  • Coordinate and track mandatory employee training programs
  • Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Salary and Benefits Package

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
