About the Role:

Location: Hybrid working across Eastleigh, Gloucester or Bournemouth

This Employee Relations Manager position requires a highly experienced professional to lead and motivate a team of HR Advisors in providing exceptional employee relations advice and support across the business.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in employee relations from a fast-paced customer service environment, along with expertise in employment legislation, conflict resolution, and leadership.

Main Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing the compilation of relevant material for employee-related Subject Access Requests.
  2. Ensuring processes are documented, reviewed, and adapted to reflect best practice and legal adherence.
  3. Interfacing with HRD Business Partners to ensure satisfactory service is provided to all account areas.
