**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Administrator to join our team at Kingswood Surgery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately read-coding data on EMIS Web into patients' electronic healthcare records, adhering to our practice coding policy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Read-coding relevant information into patients' electronic healthcare records on EMIS Web clinical system
  • Input and extract data as required to support practice reports
  • Scanning of patient-related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients' healthcare records
  • Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the caller's request appropriately

**Requirements**

  • GCSE Mathematics & English (C or above)
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
  • Competent in the use of Office and Outlook
  • Effective time management (Planning & Organising)
  • Ability to follow policy and procedure

**Salary:** £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
