Role Overview:

In this position, you will take charge of developing and sustaining robust, scalable, and secure backend systems utilizing Java and Kotlin. You will also have the chance to engage with AWS services and assist in frontend development using TypeScript/JavaScript. Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and sustain backend systems using Java and Kotlin.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Leverage AWS services to construct and deploy scalable and dependable applications.
  • Assist in frontend development utilizing TypeScript/JavaScript as needed.
  • Engage in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning activities.
  • Guide junior engineers and disseminate best practices to foster continuous learning and growth within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in Java and Kotlin development, with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Expertise in AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
  • Strong understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript for frontend development.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot intricate issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
