We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer Lead to join our team at Helio Fintech Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the backend infrastructure of our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the backend architecture of our platform
  • Lead a team of software engineers in developing and deploying backend features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend and other systems
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure backend code
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development using primarily TypeScript and Node.js
  • Strong understanding of blockchain development and deployment using Solidity and Rust
  • Experience with large-scale systems serving 100,000s of customers
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, APIs, Security, and Collaborative IDEs on public cloud platforms
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containers, deployment pipelines, A/B testing, and Blue/Green principles
