We are currently seeking Registered Nurses who share our commitment to compassionate care. As a Registered Nurse at HC One, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in people's lives.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as paid NMC PIN renewal, free uniform, homemade meals while on shift, and access to a company pension scheme.
Job Description
We are looking for skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses who can provide person-centred care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse at HC One, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing care interventions that promote independence and well-being.
You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must hold a valid nursing qualification and registration with the NMC. You will also need to demonstrate a passion for providing person-centred care and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
