Job Description: As a Staff Nurse in Adult Community Services, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work as part of a ward/department team, allocated and checking work of junior staff and healthcare assistants. Regularly, you will take charge of the ward/department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Essential: Registered Nurse - in appropriate branch.
  • Desirable: Diploma in Nursing, Qualified mentor (ENB 998 or mentorship award or equivalent), Evidence of Post Registration development in the relevant specialty, Qualified NVQ Assessor (A1 or equivalent), Management qualification.
