About The Role
In HC-One, kindness is paramount. It influences every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You'll work closely with Registered Nurses to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

The role involves assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meals. Delivering exceptional care that comes from the heart is essential. This means ensuring our residents maintain their dignity and individuality through general activities within the care home. Whether it's helping someone with limited mobility or providing emotional support to a confused or distressed resident, your primary concern will always be their well-being.

**Salary:** £15-20 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications).
