Customer Service Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Apprentice. As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, working with a fast-growing and successful company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure orders from prospective customers
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Research potential customers
  • Communicate with customers effectively
  • Use the CRM system effectively
  • Telephone validation of leads

Requirements and Prospects:

Attention to detail, Communication skills, Customer care skills, Enthusiasm to learn, Excellent telephone manner, Punctuality

Desired Qualifications:

GCSE or equivalent English Language (Grade 4) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Essential

The company aims to offer full-time employment to the successful candidate on completion of the Apprenticeship Scheme.
