Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations and Outreach Executive to join our team at Forward Role. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR and outreach initiatives to drive impactful campaigns and elevate brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute strategic PR and outreach initiatives to drive brand awareness and secure market leadership.
  • Create and distribute compelling press releases to key media outlets.
  • Develop outreach campaigns targeting top-tier media and secure organic and paid media coverage for key events.
  • Respond to news trends with authoritative content and partner with influential bloggers to boost exposure.
  • Work with brands on joint outreach campaigns and liaise with internal teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Oversee the digital PR agency and budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of PR and outreach experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas.
  • Bachelors degree in PR, outreach, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
