Job Title: Healthcare Support Supervisor


Company Overview: We are seeking a motivated and caring Healthcare Support Supervisor to join our team at CV-Library. As a Healthcare Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising caregivers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.


Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum (based on 37.5 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Support Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:



  • Supervising caregivers and ensuring they receive adequate training and support
  • Conducting regular observations and feedback sessions with caregivers
  • Overseeing medication rounds and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
  • Providing support and guidance to caregivers
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the care home

Requirements:

To be successful as a Healthcare Support Supervisor, you will need to possess:



  • Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse)
  • Minimum two years' experience in a care home setting
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding practices
  • Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the location
