Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £13.18 per hour plus 28p mileage, with opportunities for overtime and additional payments for on-call shifts. We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, and more.

Job Description

As a Field Care Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of high-quality care support services in the field. This will involve assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising and instructing care workers, and working closely with Care Coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.

You will spend most of your time in the community, carrying out your primary functions, but will also be required to undertake administrative tasks in an office setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments, working in partnership with service users and healthcare professionals, and managing care worker rotas. A strong understanding of the care industry and its challenges is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
