At beBee Professionals in Norwich, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support our inclusive learning programs.
About the Role:This position involves working closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs and possess a strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher.
- Implement individualized education plans and monitor progress.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Requirements:- Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs.
