About the Role

Chart Industries is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our 4-year Apprentice Training Programme in HTO-UK. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the training programme, ensuring participation and completion of required elements, and providing technical guidance to up to 20 apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the 4-year Apprentice Training Programme in HTO-UK
  • Manage the training programme and ensure participation and completion of required elements
  • Provide technical guidance to apprentices and ensure they achieve the required level of job performance and competency
  • Liaise with external training colleges and other institutions
  • Operate recruitment and selection programme for new apprentice intake
  • Manage the Apprentice development programme in house
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in manufacturing and training, who is able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate will have a recognised Modern Apprenticeship and knowledge of modern manufacturing management techniques.
