We are seeking an Organisational Development Coordinator to join our HR team at Moxie People. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in driving organisational change and supporting continuous improvement.

About the Role

You will be responsible for evaluating the success of training and development programs, making recommendations for improvement, and supporting workforce planning by identifying skill gaps and aligning training to organisational goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in training delivery, L&D, or HR generalist roles
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate training success and make recommendations for improvement
  • CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential)

The salary for this role is approximately £28,000 per annum, based on the location in Cardiff and the level of experience required.
