We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Development Bank of Wales team based in Cardiff as a key member of the Property department.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity with a salary of approximately £27,500 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Property department, ensuring the smooth delivery of property investment activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the investment and deal completion process.
  • Preparing documentation and reports.
  • Coordinating progress and activity within the department.
  • Managing investment documentation and data capture systems.
  • Providing financial processing support.
  • Coordinating attendance at relevant meetings and events.
  • Developing expertise in the investment process.
  • Screening applications and responding to clients.
  • Performing other tasks defined by the Fund Manager.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in standard IT applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Welsh language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of the business and property sectors in Wales.
  • Experience in analysing financial and property development information.
