About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of service is maintained to the highest standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business, managing valuations and projections, and maintaining accurate records in the back-office system.
  • Handling client and provider communications, including answering calls, preparing suitability documents, and following up on outstanding remuneration.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards, managing post and prioritizing tasks for assigned clients.
  • Preparing meeting packs and documentation for client meetings within designated timelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Financial Planning Administration providing support to Financial Advisers.
  • Solid understanding of Investments to support informed client interactions.
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Office is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
