Project Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide advisory and administrative support to managers and employees within our Wates Property Services Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient systems and databases to ensure accurate data reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings and greet guests and visitors.
  • Assist with the ordering of Personal Protective Equipment as required.
  • Deal with a range of administrative queries and tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, faxing, and photocopying.
