Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical expertise to our customers and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on pre-sales support, collaborating closely with sales teams to plan and execute account strategies. You'll also engage with prospective customers through executive meetings, solution presentations, and technical workshops.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from verifying user identities to crafting omnichannel campaigns. Our AI-infused Super Network, APIs, and applications ensure that you can connect with your customers reliably and securely at every step of their journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise as a subject matter expert during and prior to sales presentations and meetings
- Hold product demonstrations with enterprise leaders and provide training to the sales team on new products and services
- Act as an internal post-sales technical escalation path for complex client issues
- Liaise with account executives and enterprise leaders to identify technical solutions to grow client business

Requirements
- University degree in a technical field
- 3+ years' experience in presales, solution engineering, or equivalent customer-facing roles in mobile, telecom, software, or related industries
- Proven track record of successful customer engagement at the enterprise and C-level
- Expert knowledge in end-to-end processes and solution matching
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your message depending on the audience's technical level

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
