Our company is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our team in Dunfermline. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and maintain cloud services, including Azure and other third-party services.
  2. Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of cloud-based applications.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on cloud computing.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, and compliance.

Compensation

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
