Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Reigate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and purchasing activities, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Duties:

  • Procurement and Purchasing: Manage all procurement and purchasing related matters for Cardo South, including van stock, skips, PPE, and ad hoc materials.
  • Financial Administration: Create purchase orders, ensure all transactions are logged correctly, and liaise with internal accounts department.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to internal operative and stakeholder queries, and building relationships with external suppliers.

Essential Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in administration or customer service.
  • GCSE or equivalent required.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
