About the Role

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive working knowledge of all relevant legislation pertaining to children's services and be able to develop and implement effective safeguarding policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a safeguarding culture across the organisation
  • Lead the development and review of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Oversee incident reporting and safeguarding concerns
  • Support staff on safeguarding matters

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with registration in England
  • Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure
  • Experience working with vulnerable individuals and their families
