Agriculture Sales Development Manager

Cavendish Maine is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its team and drive the growth of its agricultural product sales in Essex, Kent, East London, and Suffolk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue within the defined geographical area.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with specifiers, architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the agricultural industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
