Key Accountabilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Update the e-commerce platform to maintain accurate stock levels and order tracking.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and order management software.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of £24,000 - £25,500 per annum, based on experience.
