About This Support Worker Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and personal development.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support in daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encouraging independence and self-advocacy among service users.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma; certification in healthcare or social work is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
