Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Hamilton. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
