Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Town Planner to work on a diverse range of urban and rural projects, contributing to the growth and development of the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a varied caseload covering urban and rural sites, with opportunities to expand planning skills and improve the built environment.
  • Collaborate with an award-winning planning team to deliver high-quality projects in the retirement, residential, and education sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on planning and design matters.
  • Contribute to the development of planning policies and strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, managing competing demands and prioritizing tasks to meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • RTPI-accredited planning qualification.
  • Either holding or working towards chartered membership of the RTPI.
  • Suitable level of experience to take on a Senior Town Planner role.
  • Excellent report writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
