Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Akari Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care to residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the quality of care is maintained.
- Lead by example, motivating and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
We offer a competitive salary of a minimum of £20.00 per hour, a welcome bonus of £1,500 (T&C's apply), and a range of benefits including employers' pension contribution of 3%, Wagestream, and annual NMC fees paid.
