Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team, who is passionate about making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people.
As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for playing a personal and direct role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and mentor a team to create a warm and inclusive environment for our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with external professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Contribute to the development of our care community and promote a culture of kindness and compassion.
